You can request that your Kashlet account and associated data be permanently deleted. Please read the information below before submitting your request.

What data is deleted

Full name, email address and phone number

Profile photo and KYC verification documents

BVN/NIN verification records

Business verification records

Savings circle memberships and preferences

Payment request history (borrowMeFirst)

Employment and income verification data

Device tokens and notification preferences

Data retained for legal compliance

As a licensed financial services provider, Nigerian law (CBN AML/CFT regulations and FIRS requirements) requires us to retain certain financial records for a minimum of 5 years after account closure:

Transaction records and payment receipts

Contribution history within savings circles

Payout and withdrawal records

Anti-money laundering (AML) screening records

These records are retained solely for regulatory compliance and are not used for marketing or shared with third parties.
