Efosa leads the Kashlet engineering team, owning platform reliability, the reconciliation engine, and the API layer. He drives the event-driven architecture, outbox pattern implementation, and the team's test-driven culture.

Kashlet is engineered test-first. Before we wrote the first React component, we had 69 automated tests covering the ledger engine, contribution service, and reconciliation engine. We do not ship financial logic without proof that it is correct.
